Jennifer Hewlett honoured with Tim Jones award recently, but the story started a long time ago.
Ms. Hewlett started walking in the trails of North Vancouver each day after dropping her kids at school. Others started to join in and before long there was a group of walkers. Ms. Hewlett organized Fresh Air Life to help others.
